Sticker Hub will accept returns on most orders under $100, regardless of condition, and will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days of receipt of return.
Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.
Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 90 days of original purchase date.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Sticker Hub representative.
All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method such as UPS or FedEx, to: Sticker Hub, 3 Holland, CA 92618
You may send your order back via any shipping method, however Sticker Hub cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx.
Standard Processing orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
Rush Processing orders and orders placed with expedited shipping cannot be canceled.
All cancellations must be authorized by a Sticker Hub representative.
