Processing Policy:
As all of our stickers and decals are made to order, our standard processing time to be produced and shipped is 3-7 business days. Rush processing is available on almost all orders for a 15% surcharge. Rush processing DOES NOT include expedited shipping, and does not affect shipping times in any way. We do offer UPS expedited shipping as fast as Next Day Air.

Large custom orders may take up to two weeks to produce and ship. However, we strive to process all orders as soon as possible. If production is delayed, you will be notified by a Sticker Hub representative.

Return and Exchange Policy:
First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! In the event that you would like to exchange or return yourdecals, please review our policies below. Thanks!

Sticker Hub will accept returns on most orders under $100, regardless of condition, and will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days of receipt of return.

Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.

Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 90 days of original purchase date.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by aSticker Hub representative.

All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.

You may send your order back via any shipping method, howeverSticker Hub cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx.

Cancellation Policy:
Standard Processing orders may be canceled within 24 hours.

Rush Processing orders and orders placed with expedited shipping cannot be canceled.
